A signal monitors for a specific event and alerts Ava when it happens, so she can reach out right away. The event might be a company announcing a new funding round, a contact who already knows your product moving to a new employer, a prospect posting about a problem you solve, or a set of records in your own CRM you want to start reaching out to. Right after one of these events, the company is more likely to buy, but not for long. Signals let you reach out during that window instead of at a random time.

Starting a signal campaign

To start a signal campaign, go to Campaigns, click New campaign, and open the Intent signals tab. Select the signal you want to use. Then configure it.
