Analytics is where you track how your outreach is performing. You can access analytics in two places: the account-level analytics tab in the left sidebar, which covers your entire account, and the analytics tab within a single campaign, which shows analytics for that campaign. At the top right of every view, you can change the time period the analytics cover, choose how they’re grouped (daily, weekly, monthly, and so on), and open Filters to narrow the results by source, sender, lead attributes like department and seniority, and company attributes like industry, size, and location.

Account-level analytics

Account-level analytics show how every campaign in your account performs together. You open them from Analytics in the left sidebar, where six tabs group the numbers by area: Overview, Messaging, Deliverability, Dialer, Credits, and Broadcast.

Overview

The Overview tab is your account-wide summary across campaigns. You can see the leads contacted, messages sent, responses, and meetings booked. Below the four cards is a chart showing different metrics over time, where you can change which metric it shows by choosing from the tabs above the chart. At the bottom, you can choose different performance breakdown views to see your results in different ways. You can also manage columns to decide which metrics appear and arrange them in whatever order you want.

Messaging

The Messaging tab covers your email activity. At the top, you can see how many emails you’ve sent. Below that is a chart showing your emails sent over time. At the bottom, a table breaks your messaging down by type.

Deliverability

The Deliverability tab shows data on your email deliverability, such as how many emails you sent, your inbox placement rate, reply rate, and bounce rate. A chart shows your delivery status over time. You can also see the number of active senders, your mailboxes, and your daily send capacity, shown as today’s capacity and the capacity you’ll reach after warm-up completes. At the bottom of the page, you can see the data for your senders and their mailboxes, and you can purchase more mailboxes if you want.

Dialer

The Dialer tab shows data about your calling activity, such as how many calls you made, how many connected, your average call duration, and the outcomes of connected calls. A chart shows your call trends over time, and a caller leaderboard ranks your callers. You can also see the number of active dialer seats, your phone numbers, and your daily call capacity, shown as today’s capacity and the capacity you’ll reach after warm-up completes. You can also view your phone number data and purchase more numbers if you want.

Credits

The Credits tab shows how you’re spending your credits. At the top, you can see how many credits you’ve used in the selected period, your current available credit balance, and when your next credit grant arrives. A chart shows your credits used over time. Below that, you can see a breakdown of your credit usage and view your transaction history for individual credit transactions.

Broadcast

The Broadcast tab shows analytics for your broadcast campaigns. These are shown per broadcast rather than account-wide, so you open a specific broadcast campaign from your campaigns list to see its metrics.

Campaign-level analytics

To see analytics for a single campaign, open the campaign and select the Analytics tab at the top. This view narrows the numbers to that campaign and has three tabs: Overview, Messaging, and Dialer.

Overview

The Overview tab summarizes campaign performance. At the top, you can see the number of leads contacted, messages sent, responses received, and meetings booked. Below those metrics is a chart showing new leads contacted over time. At the bottom, you can choose different performance breakdown views to see the campaign’s results in different ways. You can also manage columns to decide which metrics appear and arrange them in whatever order you want.

Messaging

The Messaging tab covers the campaign’s email activity. At the top, you can see how many emails you’ve sent, followed by a chart showing your emails sent over time. Below the chart, the Top conversation drivers section shows which parts of your messaging are earning replies. You can switch between Reply rate and Positive response rate, and the results are broken down by message type, sequence step, personalization, call to action, feature, and social proof.

Dialer

The Dialer tab covers the campaign’s calling activity. At the top, you can see how many calls you made, how many connected, your average call duration, and the outcomes of connected calls. There’s a chart where you can see your call trends over time, and a caller leaderboard that ranks the callers on the campaign.
