Seats & users
This is where you manage who has access to the Dialer. It shows how many of your purchased seats are assigned. Active Dialer users are the people who already have a seat, each shown with their email and callback number. You can update a user’s callback number by clicking Edit, or remove them from the Dialer. Available users are the people in your organization who don’t have a seat yet. You can assign one to anyone and use Buy seats to add more. The callback number must be your own real phone number, so leads can call you back after a call or a missed call.
Phone numbers
This is where you manage your caller ID numbers. The Workspace call settings control how many calls you can make per number per day. Each number can make up to 50 calls a day by default. You can adjust this between 10 and 100, though 50 is recommended. The Capacity summary shows how many calls you can make today, how many calls you can make after warmup, and how many numbers are restricted.New phone numbers can’t make their full daily number of calls right away; they have to warm up. Artisan starts with a lower daily limit and gradually increases it over roughly a week until the number reaches full capacity.
Wrap-up automation
This is where you set what happens to a lead’s sequence automatically, based on how a call went. Each call outcome has a sequence action you choose. For example, you might stop the sequence when a meeting is booked and pause it when you leave a voicemail.Parallel dialing
Parallel dialing lets you call several leads at once instead of one at a time. You choose how many lines to dial at the same time, and the first person to answer connects to you while the rest hang up automatically. Calling several leads at once means you spend more time in live conversations and less time waiting for unanswered calls. To start a parallel dialing session, select the leads you want to call by ticking their checkboxes in the dial list, then open the dropdown next to Start dialing and choose Parallel dialing. The number of leads you can call at once depends on how many phone numbers you have.
