# Invite your team

### Invite someone

1. Go to [**Team settings**](https://dashboard.artisan.co/organization/settings/teams)
2. Click **Invite**
3. Enter their email address
4. Choose **Member** or **Admin**
5. Send the invite

### What invitees see

When your teammate opens the invite, they go through a short onboarding flow:

* **Verify their email** with a 6-digit code
* **Connect their mailbox** via Google or Microsoft
* **Set up their signature and profile** (sign-off name, full name, job title, company, website, and optionally phone and address)

After that, they have full access to Artisan.
