# Connect LinkedIn

Connecting LinkedIn lets Ava send connection requests and messages on your behalf.

### Connect your account

1. Go to [**Profile**](https://dashboard.artisan.co/profile)
2. Scroll to the **Outreach Channels** card
3. Open the **LinkedIn** tab
4. Click **Connect LinkedIn**
5. Enter your LinkedIn credentials and click **Login**
6. When you see **Account successfully added**, close the modal

Your account is now connected.

> If LinkedIn asks for verification during sign-in, complete it before you'll see the success message.

### Daily limits

Both can be configured per sender:

* **Connection requests** per day
* **LinkedIn messages** per day

LinkedIn enforces lower activity limits on Basic and Premium accounts. Sales Navigator unlocks higher ceilings, so Ava can run your sequences at full capacity. See [Upgrading to LinkedIn Sales Navigator](https://artisan-780f03d7.mintlify.app/upgrading-to-linked-in-sales-navigator).

### When LinkedIn capacity is hit

If your daily LinkedIn capacity runs out mid-sequence, you can choose whether Ava should:

* Continue with email-only steps, or
* Wait for LinkedIn capacity before continuing

Set this in your [campaign settings](https://dashboard.artisan.co/campaigns).
