# Cold outbound campaign

Cold outbound is for prospecting net new contacts from your business' ideal customer profile. You can source net new leads from Artisan's B2B or local business databases, or bring your own leads and we can enrich them and send personalized, AI generated sequences.

# Data sources

You can find leads on Artisan or bring your own leads:

* **Artisan B2B Data:** Artisan's database of 250M B2B contacts. See [Find leads](https://support.artisan.co/find-leads).
* **Artisan Local Data:** Artisan's database of 250M local businesses. See [Local data](https://support.artisan.co/local-data).
* **CSV upload:** Upload a CSV of contacts, companies or local businesses. See [CSV as a data source](https://support.artisan.co/csv-as-a-data-source).
* **CRM List Import:** Pulls lists of people or companies from a connected Salesforce or HubSpot account. See [CRM as a data source](https://support.artisan.co/crm-as-a-data-source).
* **Webhook:** Bring in data from any company source (data warehouse, CRM, etc.) using a webhook. See [Webhook documentation](https://support.artisan.co/webhook-documentation).
* **Existing list:** Pick a list you've already built in Artisan.

A campaign can hold multiple lists in a single campaign. They merge into a single audience, with contact-level deduplication so the same person isn't enrolled twice.
